Professional Credential & Course Challenging Prices
Challenging an IASHEP Certified Course Credential
If you've completed a course elsewhere (e.g., OSHA, NSC, IOSH, OSHAcademy), but only received a certificate of completion, you can challenge the IASHEP professional credential for that course.
How to Challenge a Course:
You must be an active member of IASHEP. Membership is $150 annually, with part of the fees supporting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Tunnels to Towers.
Complete the course challenge form available on the IASHEP website and pay the course challenge fee of $195.
Take a proctored, timed open-book examination. To earn your professional credential, you must score at least 80%. You have up to three attempts to pass.
Additional retake fee: $100 per test.
If you fail to pass the exam after three attempts, you will be required to take the classroom version of the course. Challenge and retake fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to challenge any IASHEP certifications, please contact IASHEP at (520) 568-5565 or notify johnpodojil@iashep.org, and we will send you the necessary forms.
* All fees include assessment, processing, and certification if successful.
