Course Description

The Certified Hospital Custodial, Janitors & Housekeeper Safety Specialist (CHCSS) course is designed to equip hospital custodians, janitors, housekeepers, environmental services (EVS) personnel, supervisors, and healthcare support staff with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain safe, clean, and compliant healthcare environments. This OSHA-aligned training focuses on workplace safety, infection prevention, hazardous chemical handling, and sanitation procedures essential for hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare settings.

Healthcare custodial professionals play a vital role in preventing the spread of infections, protecting patients and staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
