Course Description

This advanced professional certification course provides a comprehensive, interdisciplinary education in OSHA compliance, NFPA 855, EPA/RCRA/CERCLA regulations, DOT hazardous materials transportation, risk management, hazard analysis, emergency response, auditing, environmental management, electrical safety, and arc flash awareness. The curriculum covers means of egress, confined spaces, ergonomics, multi-employer worksite doctrine, fire protection, welding, global harmonization, and hazardous materials transportation law.

Comprehensive Curriculum
To understand mission-critical safety, health, and environmental concepts in construction or general industry, our course covers 32 special topics, including:

Module 1-7: Regulatory Framework (EPA, CWA, RCRA, CERCLA, DOT, HMTA)

Module 8-16: Risk Assessment & Management (Standards, Methods, What-If, Ergonomic, Task Analysis, Multi-Employer Worksites)

Module 17: NFPA 855 – Stationary Energy Storage Systems

Module 18-32: Key OSHA Standards & Programs (Bloodborne Pathogens, Emergency Action, Hazardous Materials, PPE, Respiratory Protection, Fire Protection, LOTO, Confined Spaces, Industrial Hygiene, Welding, GHS, Laboratory Safety)

What You'll Learn

• To enroll in this advanced certification course, candidates must meet one of the following prerequisites:
• Documented GED / High School Diploma.
• Apprentice Certificate of Completion.
• Documented On-The-Job or Skills Training.
• An Associate's (AA) or Bachelor's (BSc/BA) degree in safety management or a similar field.
• Certificates in occupational health and safety from:
• OSHA or an authorized OSHA Training Institute Education Center (OTIEC)
• NEBOSH
• National Safety Institute
• Military Specialty Ratings (Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Air Force, Space Force, & Reserves, National Guard)
• Similar training organizations from other countries will be considered.
