John F. (Jack) Podojil is a seasoned expert with over fifty years of experience in the health and safety field. His career began in 1974 with the Arizona Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), where he earned the role of compliance officer number 60. He went on to serve in various key roles, one of his most distinctive being the Corporate Manager of Safety Technical Support at The Boeing Company, where he oversaw safety initiatives across the entire corporation. His impressive career also includes significant contributions at Long Beach Naval Shipyard, Allied Signal Aerospace, and Lockheed Skunkworks/Advanced Development Center, where he applied his technical expertise to improve safety standards.
Mr. Podojil is also a Vietnam war Veteran, as well as a published author and founder of Podojil Consulting, a successful safety, health, and environmental consulting firm. His leadership and impact in the field have led to his listing in Marquis Who’s Who in America, a prestigious acknowledgment reserved for individuals who have made significant contributions to their professions and society.
Throughout his career, Jack has been committed to advancing the safety and well-being of workers in a variety of industries, always advocating for effective solutions, continuous improvement, and education.
Peggy Sue Podojil is a founding member of IASHEP and President of IASHEP. Peggy has over 34 years of financial and banking experience, becoming Vice President of Chase Bank. After retiring from Chase Bank, Peggy worked at Alliance Bank and Vantage West Credit Union.

Ray Enama is another one of our IASHEP founding members. Ray served the utility industry for over fifty years and is a published author. Ray is considered a subject matter expert in education, electrical safety, 70 E electrical safety, OSHA regulatory standards, National Electrical Codes (NEC), high and low voltage electrical, and many other subjects. Ray is also retired from the Marine Corps, serving both active duty in a war zone and reserve capacity.
